Education:
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential cdata
• Mininmum master's degree in Law, Human Rights, Political Science, International relations, Economics, Project
management, Social Development and other rolated fields.
•Professional qualification as ME&E to8ol is considered a plus
Experience:
Training in project cycle management, Monitoring & Evaluation, advocacy, and donor policies and
procedures (formal certification).
•Minimum Seven (7) years of project management proposal preparation, M&E, or related experience, in
which at least two years of experience working on humon Rights, humanitarian and related awards
projects/program desired;
Minimum three (3) years of experience working with NGOZING0of gran compliance management,
budgeting and accounting
Knowledge of grants administration, and ability to interpret grantsrelated governmental documents and
accurately respond to them
Prior experience working on programn support for nonfo profit making organizations as well as
governmental project management offices is desirablo.
