2/ PRIGRAMME SPECIALIST --PEACE BUILDING AND SICIAL COHESION
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: .Master's or Bachelor's degree in Low ,Human rights,public policy, Political Science, or related disiplines. Experience: • Minimum of 5 years (with master's degree) and 7 years (with bachelor's degree) of relevant experience at national or international level in project management and provision of technical advisory services. •Experience in the usage of advanced computers and office software packages, including in handling web-based management systems. Required skills. Hands-on experience in the design, monitoring evaluation, and impact analysis of projects and programs related to the rule of law and justice. Demonstrated experience in the rule of law, justice and public policy analysis and capacity development. Desired skills in addition to the competencies covered in the Competencies section. • Familiarity with programmatic issues surrounding relief to recovery transition. -Good knowledge of institutional mandates, policies, and guidelines related to reconstruction and development, and a good knowledge of the United Nations System and the multi/bilateral Cooperation. • Capacity for responsible problem-solving and troubleshooting. • Good knowledge of Ethiopia, target regions including political, rule of law, economic and social context. Working level experience with Public Sector and Justice institutions. Required Language • Fluency in English and the language of the duty station. Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
